About Me

Amplifying the Human Experience 🚀

Experience across Government, Tech, Logistics, Healthcare, and critical ecosystems—designing services that operate across teams, systems, and real-world constraints.

How I think 🧠

Most services don’t usually fail at the interface—they fail in the systems behind it.
Designing for complexity means
going beyond screens.

It requires understanding how decisions flow across teams, how operations behave under pressure, and how small breakdowns scale into larger failures.
The goal is not just usability, but clarity, coordination, and real-world reliability.
I approach design as a way to bring structure to that complexity—connecting experience, operations, and systems into something that actually works.

Clients and Collaborators 💙

Teams and organizations I’ve had the privilege to work and collaborate with.

Contextual Complaints Journey

Complaints are often treated as isolated incidents—but in reality, they unfold as multi-stage journeys shaped by interactions, systems, and emotions. This project reframed complaints as a service journey, uncovering systemic breakdowns and transforming a fragmented, ticket-based model into a contextual, SLA-driven system—reducing resolution time and improving efficiency, clarity, and overall experience.

It's no a common thing for a new designer to start in a field correctly and build up education and work knowledge right from the very beginning, Hanan is one of those who does, she is a well educated designer with exponential enthusiasm to do great work and in the right way the whole process long, while working at Mrsool I came across multiple tasks with her and I saw how detailed her work is, and how organized as well.

Aside from all that, she is a very fast learner and always looking for big challenges and problems to solve, also she can do all that and deliver very good work in an amazing speed. Hanan can be a strong add to any team and I think I’ll always remember how good she started and how excellent she became.
